OUR MATERIALITY MATRIX
Bringing a new “Business” dimension to our CSR strategy is the bet that the employees and management of Provepharm have launched.
In September 2021, 39 internal and external stakeholders were questioned in order to be able to build our "Materiality Matrix", a tool allowing us to materialize our strategic orientations in a relevant and visual way.
Identifying our challenges is the first step in our Horizon 2025 "Integrated CSR" Roadmap. Each business line will gradually include objectives related to sustainable development in its annual action plan with the aim of helping to improve our social, societal, and environmental impact.
OUR CSR INDICATORS
Our CSR approach expands a little more each year and remains a central element of our strategy. To manage it effectively, it was necessary to equip ourselves with a tool to measure, improve and communicate our CSR actions.
