Our Recruitment Process
At Provepharm, our recruitment process is designed to assess both technical skills and human qualities, as well as the alignment between the candidate and the team.
- Initial Contact
We schedule a phone call of approximately 15 minutes to get to know each other and understand your career approach. - Meeting with the Manager
You then meet with the hiring manager to discuss your technical skills and professional experience. - Human Resources Interview
We discuss your personality, motivations, and what you are looking for in your future team. - References & Offer
After checking your references, and if everything is positive, we extend an offer for you to join our teams as soon as possible.
