During your first four months as a new employee, you will have access to:
- Mandatory presentations and training sessions to understand the company’s challenges, key stakeholders, cross-functional interactions and projects, as well as your role and responsibilities
- The definition of your objectives with your manager
- Regular check-ins with HR and your manager to discuss your integration and address any questions

Each year, every employee meets with their manager as part of an annual review combining performance and career development.

When development opportunities are identified, we work with the employee to implement a personalized development plan designed to support progression and prepare for future responsibilities.
